William Clarke, PhD, MBA, DABCC

Dr. Clarke received his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln in 2000, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Chemistry at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, ending in 2002. In addition, he received an MBA focused on medical services management from the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins in 2007. Following his post-doctoral fellowship, he remained at Johns Hopkins, where he is a Professor in the Department of Pathology, as well as the director of both Point-of-Care Testing and Clinical Toxicology for the hospital. His research interests include clinical mass spectrometry, method development and evaluation for therapeutic drug monitoring, clinical toxicology, point-of-care testing, and development/validation of biomarkers for use in drug management. Dr. Clarke has published as author or co-author over 120 peer-reviewed manuscripts or book chapters, is the Editor of the textbook Contemporary Practice in Clinical Chemistry, and is the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Practical Laboratory Medicine.

主要从事专业为临床生物化学及临床实验室管理。研究方向：质谱技术的临床应用，多组学生物标志物的临床研究，实验室认可等。主持或子课题主持科技部重点支撑项目、863、973、首发基金等共7项。作为中国区PI承担IFCC全球参考区间研究项目一项。主持临床试剂注册试验40余项。以第一作者、通讯作者发表SCI论著37余篇（IF=104）及核心期刊论著60余篇。副主编著作2部，参编著作10部。分别获四川省科技进步三等奖（排名2）、河南省科技进步二等奖（排名2）各一项，发明专利3项。
现担任中华医学会检验分会生化学组成员及北京检验分会委员；中国老年医学会检验医学分会副主委；CNAS实验室技术委员会医学专业委员会委员，ISO15189认可主任评审员；卫生标准委员会临床检验标准专业委员会委员等10余项社会职务。
蒋黎，教授／主任技师，美国犹他大学生物学博士，专业从事临床生化及分子生物学。现任四川省人民医院检验科主任，四川省临床检验中心主任，电子科技大学医学院硕士和博士生导师，美国犹他大学医学院客座教授，四川省“千人计划”创新领军人才，四川省学术和技术带头人，四川省卫生计生学术和技术带头人，四川省卫生计生首席专家，四川医学会检验专委会副主任委员，中国生物物理学会临床分子诊断分会常委兼秘书长，中国医师协会检验医师分会委员。发表论文29篇，其中SCI收录19篇，总影响因子>100,总引用次数>850。因在基因治疗研究方面的突出贡献，曾获得国际最具影响眼科研究组织ARVO颁发的默克眼科基因治疗和眼病研究创新奖。现主持多项国家自然科学基金委和四川省科技厅科研项目。
李惠玲 副主任技师，首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院职业病与中毒医学科毒物化学分析实验室负责人。中国医师协会检验医师分会委员、中华预防医学会职业病专业委员会青年委员会委员、中国医学装备协会质谱学组成员等。参与国内多起突发化学品中毒事件的毒化检测和应急处置工作。培养进修技师20余名。作为课题负责人获批医管局培育计划1项。参与多项国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金；参与国家标准制定2项。
Y. Ruben Luo received his PhD in analytical chemistry from Stanford University, and his BS in chemistry from Peking University. He is currently a clinical chemistry fellow at the University of California, San Francisco. Prior to his fellowship, he worked in the clinical diagnostics industry for 9 years, holding positions as global product manager of an international clinical diagnostics company (Bio-Rad) and technical director of a reference laboratory. His research experience focuses on the development of clinical diagnostic assays and devices based on mass spectrometry and optical biosensors.
Sarah Riley, PhD, DABCC.
Dr. Sarah Riley is an Associate Professor of Pathology and Pediatrics (Division of Toxicology) at St. Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Riley serves as the Director of the St. Louis University Forensic Toxicology Laboratory. The Forensic Toxicology Laboratory analyzes sample submitted by medical examiners, coroners, law enforcement, and area hospitals. Dr. Riley completed her PhD training at St. Louis University, a post-doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Chemistry, and three years of post-graduate research in Anesthesiology at Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to her engagement at St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Riley was an Assistant Professor of Pathology and Immunology and Pediatrics at Washington University in St. Louis where she also served as the Co-Director of the Clinical Chemistry Laboratory at St. Louis Children's Hospital. Dr. Riley's clinical and research interests are in analytic techniques for identification of designer drugs and novel psychoactive substances, epidemiology of drug use, and expanding clinical toxicology services in her region.
孙志，博士，郑州大学硕士生导师，河南省精准医学临床质谱工程研究中心技术带头人、郑州市临床质谱重点实验室负责人，河南省外国专家局高层次人才国际化培养计划入选人才，同时兼任中国医疗器械行业协会医用质谱创新发展分会委员、九三学社河南省委医药卫生委员，河南省中医药学会医院药学分会委员和河南省口腔医学会老年口腔医学专业委员会委员等职务。主要研究方向为质谱临床研究与转化。近三年主持国家级、省部级和厅局级等项目8项，参与10项，在国内外核心期刊发表论文53篇，其中SCI源论文26篇，是J. Chromatogr. A、Sci Rep、J. Pharm. Biomed. Anal、J Sep Sci等杂志审稿人。
王晓雪，主管药师，药物分析博士，中日友好医院药学部液质联用技术岗负责人。
担任北京药理学会精准药学专业委员会委员、中国药理学会治疗药物监测（TDM）研究专业委员会药物分析学组秘书、北京药师协会TDM药师分会委员、国际治疗药物监测与毒理学会（IATDMCT）会员、中国药理学会会员。2011年，毕业于北京协和医学院&中国医学科学院药物研究所，同年进入中日友好医院工作。主要从事治疗药物监测研究，研究方向为基于生物标记物的治疗药物监测及体内药物分析等。负责开发伏立康唑、伊曲康唑、美罗培南、亚胺培南等治疗药物监测项目十余项，主要参与并完善实验室质量控制体系。担任中国药理学会多中心（120家医院）合作课题“替考拉宁治疗药物监测再评价研究”的方法学负责人，作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金和中日友好医院课题共4项，作为主要研究者参与国家、省部级课题共8项，参编《中国国家处方集》1部，发表中英文论文25篇。
曹 正 副教授，副主任技师，硕士生导师，首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院检验科副主任、质谱中心负责人。中国医师协会检验医师分会临床质谱检验医学专业委员会主任委员、中国检验检疫学会卫生检验与检验专业技术委员会副主任委员、中国质谱学会临床质谱专业委员会秘书等。博士毕业于美国马里兰大学帕克分校，随后在NIH和温安诺研究所从事博士后研究。2015年9月加入北京妇产医院检验科，入选2016年北京市“海聚工程”人才计划、第八批“北京市优秀青年人才”等。
Dr. Zhen Zhao is an Associate Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Zhao received her BS in biology from Xiamen University and her PhD from Northwestern University. She fulfilled clinical chemistry postdoctoral fellowship training at Washington University in St. Louis. She is board certified by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry and is a Fellow of the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry. Prior to joining the faculty at Weill Cornell, Dr. Zhao served as the Director of General Chemistry and Immunoassay and the Associated Director of the clinical chemistry fellowship postdoctoral training program in the Department of Laboratory Medicine of the National Institutes of Health. Her research interests are in the areas of women and children's health, biomarker discovery, and clinical applications of mass spectrometry. She is currently the Commissioner of the Commission on Accreditation in Clinical Chemistry (ComACC), Treasure of Clinical Translational Science Division of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry (AACC), Secretary of Tumor Markers and Cancer Diagnostics Division of AACC, President of the North American Chinese Clinical Chemists Association; Membership committee on Academy of Clinical Laboratory Physicians and Scientists; and Expert Peer Reviewer of AACC Annual Meeting Abstracts selection. She has received several awards including NIH Clinical Center Director’s Award, AACC Capital Local Section Roe Award, NACB’s Distinguished Abstract Award, and AACC Endocrinology Division Outstanding Abstract Award.
李岩 研究员 1998年获得北京大学医学部药学学士学位，2004年获得美国马里兰大学分析化学博士学位，2005至2011年在美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院病理系进行博士后培训，并留任助理研究员，2011年7月作为“中国科学院引进杰出技术人才”引进，现任中国科学院生物物理研究所研究员，博士生导师，从事临床检验新方法新技术的开发应用。主要从事生物质谱与临床质谱技术的研究与转化。研究方向主要包括以下三个方向： （1） 发展适用于生物样品的高通量糖组学分析技术方法，满足临床检验与生物制药等科研需要； （2） 发展临床质谱检验技术用于疾病精准检测与辅助治疗，进行产品化研发； （3） 承担中国科学院人类资源样本库建设任务，进行生物样本质量评估与中国人群基线数据采集等研究。
鲁炳怀 副教授 中日友好医院呼吸二部临床微生物与感染实验室。医学博士，副教授，硕士生指导教师。
社会兼职：中华医学会热带病与寄生虫分会青年学组委员，中国微生物学会医学微生物学与免疫学专委会真菌学组常委，中国医促会临床微生物与感染专科分会常委，华人药敏试验委员会（ChiCAST）委员。
主持2项北京市级科研项目，1项国家级项目。第一作者/通迅作者发表SCI收录文章16篇，参加临床微生物书籍编写3部。
Dr. Mari L. DeMarco, PhD, DABCC, FAACC, FCACB Dr.
Mari DeMarco is a Clinical Chemist at St Paul's Hospital, and a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver Canada. She completed her PhD in the Biomolecular Structure and Design program at the University of Washington, and a clinical chemistry fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine. She was named as a Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research Scholar for her research program to develop diagnostic tests for Alzheimer’s disease, frontotemporal dementia and related forms of neurodegeneration. Her lab’s overall focus is on the development of strategies for qualitative and quantitative mass spectrometric analysis of protein biomarkers, suitable for use in patient care.
李水军 副主任药师上海市徐汇区中心医院／复旦大学附属中山医院徐汇医院中心实验室主任，中国科学院上海临床研究中心研究员，高级工程师。
担任中国医师协会检验医学分会临床质谱检验医学专业委员会副主任委员，上海市医学会检验医学专科分会第十届委员会质谱学组技术指导。主要研究方向：临床质谱技术开发与应用，药物监测与药物代谢，药物毒物中毒检测。主持及参加国家基金委、市科委、市卫计委、区卫计委科研项目11项，发表学术论文76 篇，其中SCI收录23篇，主编1部专著《液相色谱-质谱联用技术临床应用》，参编2部专著，获4项国家发明专利。曾获得上海市科学技术奖、上海市医学科技奖、上海市药学科技奖、上海市卫生系统“银蛇奖”提名奖、上海市优秀发明奖、上海市卫生系统先进工作者等荣誉。
粟琳，清华大学助理教授，清华-北大生命联合中心PI，清华大学医学院“LiLinLab”主任，前维也纳医科大学临床质谱实验室副主任，德国Bruker公司外部专家顾问，阿尔茨海默病协会专家委员。师从英国化学院院士Gert Lubec教授，2015年被清华大学施一公教授引进回国，在国际知名期刊杂志发表论文 40 余篇， 其中包括科学界权威杂志《美国国家科学院院刊》、《大脑结构功能》、《蛋白组学》等，总影响因子达到 107。名下专利 10余件。《氨基酸》杂志编辑委员会成员 ；公共科学图书馆期刊，国际神经化学，学术刊物特邀审稿人；杂志 《Hippocampus》 (IF: 5.492) 2012 年 22 期 《蛋白及蛋白组学》专刊的特邀编委及封面人物。
张天娇，卫生部临床检验中心副研究员，主要从事临床检验参考系统和标准化的研究。负责全国临床生化代谢物、非肽激素和糖化血红蛋白正确度验证计划、全国医学参考测量能力验证计划的组织和实施。主持完成多个临床生化项目的参考方法建立及国家一级标准物质的研究工作。现任全国临床医学计量技术委员会(MTC21)委员，中国医师协会检验医师分会临床质谱检验医学专家委员会委员，中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)医学参考实验室评审员。在国内外专业期刊上发表文章50余篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项。曾获北京市科学技术奖，中国分析测试学会科学技术奖“CAIA”奖，中国计量测试学会科学技术进步奖等奖项。
