21世纪，面对日益严重的能源和环境问题，材料发展更加关注可持续性, 新能源材料和器件是实现新能源转化和利用的关键和基础。聚焦风能，太阳能，生物质能等新能源材料领域，特别是光电材料，2023新能源和光电材料国际会议（NEOM）旨在为相关领域的专家学者提供一个促进学术交流，共同探讨解决新问题的平台。

出版与检索

NEOM 2023 录用并展示的文章将以会议论文集的形式出版, 并提交至 Scopus, Ei Compendex 等数据库检索。

组委会成员

大会主席-陈新教授，就职于华东理工大学材料科学与工程学院，上海市级人才计划专家、上海市显微学学会理事、科技部项目评审专家、上海市科技奖励评审专家。

大会主席-梁坤教授，来自中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所，兼任中国能源学会新能源专家组副主任。

大会副主席-谢国华副教授，来自武汉大学，英国皇家化学会会士、德国洪堡学者。

Conference introduction

Focusing on recent and appealing novel materials for optoelectronics, International Conference on New Energy and Optoelectronic Materials (NEOM) aims to provide an opportunity for physicists, chemists, engineers, biologists, and other specialists on an international platform to communicate in a team and to interact, facing and solving new scientific and technological challenges, and to inspire more advanced ideas.

Publication and Index

Accepted and presented Papers at NEOM 2023 will be published in the form of conference proceedings and submitted to Scopus, Ei Compendex for indexing.

Full paper submissions should be prepared in English (DOC) and formatted according to the formatting instructions in the paper template.

Abstract paper can be presented at the conference, but NOT published in proceedings.
