【内容简介】

讲座将介绍到LC/MS/MS检测食品中霉菌毒素的方法。此报告强调了:客户、食品生产者及食品管理机构对该检测感兴趣 的原因;举例说明一些霉菌毒素检测的工作流程,这些检测流程有些目前已被全球许多实验室采用,有些将可能在自己的实验室开展此类型的检测。(This presentation offers an overview of the testing of mycotoxins in food products using LC/MS/MS.This overview presentation highlights why consumers, food producers, and food regulatory agencies are interested in this testing and gives some examples of the mycotoxin testing workflows currently in place in many laboratories globally or available to laboratories looking to begin this type of testing in their own labs.)

Andre Schreiber AB SCIEX公司全球应用部总监

Andre Schreiber在分析化学方面有10多年的工作经验,他致力于LC/MS/MS进行食品、环境及法医分析领域的方法和应用开发。他的研究成果经常被发 表在杂志上,并报告在科学会议上。。(Andre Schreiber has more than 10 years expertise in analytical chemistry. His focus is on method and application development using Liquid Chromatography with Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) in the field of food, environmental and forensic analysis. He publish and present my developments frequently in journals and at scientific conferences.)

Andre Schreiber现任AB SCIEX公司的全球应用部总监,负责LC-MS/MS在食品与环境检测的应用开发。在科研项目上他与来自全球不同行业的客户合作。这些合作成果将在科学 期刊上发表并展示于科学会议。(In his current position as a applications manager at AB SCIEX He is responsible for LC-MS/MS application development with focus and food and environmental testing. He collaborate with customers from different industries and from all over the world in scientific projects. Results of these collaborations are published in scientific journals and are presented at scientific conferences.)
