Forumbackground

2020年第三季度资产证券化市场共发行产品601只，同比增长87.23%，发行规模共计7590.71亿元，同比增长47.97%。
其中企业资产证券化产品共发行400只，发行规模共计4261.66亿元；信贷资产证券化产品共发行40只，发行规模共计1707.80亿元；资产支持票据共发行161只，发行规模共计1621.25亿元。
今年企业ABS增速下行主要缘于监管加强，同时信用事件频发导致的配置力量收缩和风险偏好下降。同时，部分企业ABS也出现了风险事件，这对于投资者接受ABS也造成了一定的障碍。

Inthethirdquarterof2020,theassetsecuritizationmarketissuedatotalof601products,anincreaseof87.23%year-on-year,andthetotalissuancescalewas759.071billionyuan,anincreaseof47.97%year-on-year.
Amongthem,400corporateassetsecuritizationproductswereissued,withatotalissuancesizeof426.166billionyuan;40creditassetsecuritizationproductswereissuedwithatotalissuancesizeof170.78billionyuan;161asset-backednoteswereissued,withatotalissuancesizeof162.125billionyuan.
ThedeclineincorporateABSgrowththisyearismainlyduetothestrengtheningofsupervision,andthereductioninallocationpowerandriskappetitecausedbyfrequentcreditincidents.Atthesametime,somecorporateABSshavealsoexperiencedriskevents,whichhavealsocreatedcertainobstaclesforinvestorstoacceptABS.
