一、论坛背景

1.Forumbackground

2020年第三季度资产证券化市场共发行产品601只，同比增长87.23%，发行规模共计7590.71亿元，同比增长47.97%。

其中企业资产证券化产品共发行400只，发行规模共计4261.66亿元；信贷资产证券化产品共发行40只，发行规模共计1707.80亿元；资产支持票据共发行161只，发行规模共计1621.25亿元。

今年企业ABS增速下行主要缘于监管加强，同时信用事件频发导致的配置力量收缩和风险偏好下降。同时，部分企业ABS也出现了风险事件，这对于投资者接受ABS也造成了一定的障碍。

为此，融易学金融学院联合全球投行俱乐部将于12月18日在深圳举办2020ASFI中国资产证券化金融创新大会，开启金融盛宴，致力于汇聚全球金融精英、商界领袖、财经首脑及监管机构高层代表，共同探讨资产证券化最新发展、分享创新成果，互学互鉴，为资产证券化建设提供重要支撑。

Inthethirdquarterof2020,601productswereissuedintheassetsecuritizationmarket,withayear-on-yearincreaseof87.23%.Thetotalissuancescalewas759.071billionyuan,withayear-on-yearincreaseof47.97%.

Amongthem,therewere400enterpriseassetsecuritizationproductswithatotalissuancescaleof426.166billionyuan,40creditassetsecuritizationproductswithatotalissuancescaleof170.780billionyuan,and161asset-backednoteswithatotalissuancescaleof162.125billionyuan.

ThedeclineofABSgrowthratethisyearismainlyduetothestrengtheningofsupervision,andthecontractionofallocationpowerandthedeclineofriskpreferencecausedbyfrequentcreditevents.Atthesametime,someenterprisesABSalsoappearedriskevents,whichalsocausedsomeobstaclesforinvestorstoacceptABS.
